Fall 2022 Full & Half Marathon Training Program

 

What a fun program we have set up for you for this fall!  With multiple half and full marathon tracks, you are sure to find a plan that works for you!  

 
Program Basics:
  • Full Marathon
    • 17-23 week program (depending on the program you choose)
    • Training begins Thursday, 6/16/22
    • Long runs start at 4 -10 miles and max out at 20 or 22 miles (depending on program and track)
    • REGISTRATION CLOSED
  • Half Marathon
    • 13-19 week program (depending on the program you choose)
    • Training begins Thursday, 7/14/22
    • Long runs start at 3-6 miles and max out at 13 or 16 miles (depending on program and track)
    • REGISTRATION CLOSES 7/21/22
  • All levels and paces welcome – train for your first or your fastest!
  • Group runs (all programs) on Thursdays @ 6:00 P.M and Sundays @ 7:00 A.M.

Summer 2022 5k & 10k Training Program

 

Summer training is heating up with 4RUN3!  Looking to get back into running, to start running, or to maintain your fitness with moderate miles? Then this program is for you!  ALL levels of runners, run/walkers, and walkers are welcome! 

 
Program Basics:
  • Group runs on Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6:00 PM
  • Training begins Monday, 7/11/22
  • All levels and paces welcome – train for your first or your fastest!
  • REGISTRATION CLOSES 7/20/22

Summer 2022 Trail Series

 

Join 4RUN3 this summer as we take it off road!  Explore area trails, enjoy nature, cross train, and meet new friends!  

 
Program Basics:
  • Series begins on Tuesday, 7/12/22 (and meets every Tuesday thereafter, ending on Tuesday, 8/23/22)
  • Tuesday hikes/trail runs will be about 2-3 miles in length on easy-moderate trails
  • Tuesday sessions begin at 5:00 pm - we will meet in the parking area of each trail location (locations announced on Sunday before each week via eNewsletter)
  • "Graduation" day trip on Saturday, 8/27/22 (we will be gone from approximately 6am - 7pm)
  • REGISTRATION CLOSES 7/19/22
  • 3 registration options:
    • Tuesday sessions only ($45)
    • Day trip only ($70) (does not include program shirt)
    • Whole Series - 7 Tuesdays and the day trip ($100)
